In this conversation we will explore loss, grief and sorrow as fundamental experiences of transformation, deepening, and growth. Using Dr. Alan Wolfelt’s work as a starting point, we will explore ways of providing support to those who grieve – co-workers, clients, family, and friends. Our conversation will look at expressions of grief, and some metaphors and stories to help us in building an understanding of grief’s transformational power in our lives.
