About the Event
Come enjoy a delicious dinner and super fun Zumba class, while raising awareness for cervical cancer prevention! The Alberta Cervical Cancer Screening Program at Alberta Health Services is launching an HPV self-sampling pilot to improve cervical cancer screening access for newcomers and those living in rural communities include the Bow Valley. Cervical cancer is the fourth most common cancer among women worldwide and one of the most preventable types of cancer. At the event, we will offer an educational session and provide information about a new, free at-home screening option that could benefit you. Dinner will be provided.
