About the Event
Caregivers of 0-18 year-olds in the Bow Valley are invited to attend a free prenatal and postnatal event for Banff Mental Health and Addictions Week. The event will include yoga, a soundbath, short presentations from local organizations, and a light refreshment to enjoy while connecting and networking. The event aims to ensure no one feels alone during any stage of their parenting journey. We encourage both birthing and non-birthing parents to attend. Yoga mats provided or bring your own. Drinks and light refreshments provided.
About the Host
The Town of Banff receives provincial funding to provide free programs and services as part of the Bow Valley Family Resource Network. Offerings are available to residents of the Bow Valley. Family Resource Networks (FRNs) deliver prevention and early intervention services and supports for families with children aged 0–18.
